Company Overview
Since our inception, we have advanced organizations across sectors by pairing strategic insight with disciplined execution.
Our Process
history
Noire Hospitality Group was founded by Chef Charlie Mitchell and Miles Brown, whose friendship began in childhood in Detroit. Years later, their paths converged again in New York, where Charlie had built a career in fine dining and Miles in entrepreneurship. Their shared appreciation for food, music, design, personal style, and the places people return to became the foundation for an independent hospitality house. NHG is the result of that history: two distinct perspectives, joined by a desire to build something lasting.
Each phase builds on the previous, enabling cumulative insight and continuous optimization.
strategy
Our strategy begins with hospitality and grows through perspective. We develop restaurants, cafés, and experiences with clear ideas, disciplined operations, and identities of their own. Each concept is built to stand independently while benefiting from the standards, resources, and long-term vision of the house. We are interested in thoughtful growth—not expansion for its own sake.
partnership
We believe the best partnerships are built on complementary expertise, shared standards, and candor. NHG works with chefs, operators, designers, artists, investors, and communities who bring a distinct point of view to the table. We define roles and ambitions clearly, then create the trust required for strong ideas to evolve. The goal is not uniformity; it is alignment around work that can endure.
partnership
For us, culture is something people make and participate in—not an aesthetic to borrow. It lives in the food, the room, the music, the service, and the relationships that give a place its character. We stay close to the communities and creative disciplines that shape our perspective, while giving every concept room to speak in its own voice. What matters is that the experience feels considered, generous, and alive.
